About Jackie
As the Founder and Director of Dream Nannies, I have spent over a decade connecting families all over Australia with high-quality childcare solutions. Since establishing the agency in 2014, I have used my background in corporate recruitment and my own experience—originally from the UK—to build a specialist Childcare recruitment service focused on international placements between Australia and the UK.
Our approach is very family-focused; we base our solutions entirely on a household’s specific needs, recruiting Nannies, Housekeepers, International Au Pairs, or Specialised Nannies.
Having worked and travelled as a live-in Au Pair myself, I know firsthand how a great placement can restore balance and “sanity” to a home. I am particularly passionate about women’s health, as I see far too many mothers running themselves into the ground trying to juggle family and career.
Beyond my agency, I am deeply involved in the wider industry. After heading up the Cultural Au Pair Association CAPAA in 2020 and now Secretary, I’m an active member of the Australian Nanny Association ( ANA) and the International Au Pair Association (IAPA)
About Haylee
I try to live a simple and calm life balancing part time work and raising my two boys. My background is in Education and Administration. I worked as a Nanny for 5 years which I absolutely loved! Knowing that parents could go to work for the day and know that their child was happy and receiving the care they deserved made me so happy.
Matching wonderful Nannies and Au Pairs to deserving families is my favourite part about working with Dream Nannies. I am so lucky to meet so many great people from all over the world!
I believe that being a Nanny in the past and now being a mum gives me a great understanding of what makes a perfect match.
When I am not working for Dream Nannies you will find me at the beach, on my yoga mat or taking my boys on adventures!

“I am the Au Pair Recruiter here at Dream Nannies and the first point of contact for all of our amazing candidates. I work closely with both families and au pairs to make sure each placement is the perfect match.
I’m originally from Ohio in the United States, where I spent over 10 years working in childcare. My experience includes being a private nanny, preschool teacher, assistant director at a Procter & Gamble childcare facility, and supporting children with special needs. I truly valued my time as a childcare provider and the long-lasting, meaningful relationships I built with families along the way.
I was also very involved in the local nanny community back home, and I’m passionate about helping families and childcare providers connect. For me, the heart of this work is ensuring families receive high-quality care, while au pairs create lifelong memories during their placements.
I recently moved to Australia to marry my partner and start our lives together, and I’m so excited to further my career in the childcare recruitment industry here. About Kate
Meet Kate our UK Manager!
I am the UK Manager for Dream Nannies, and the first point of contact for UK and European candidates. I help to plan your new adventure and work closely with the Australian team to find a perfect host family!
I have lots of experience with ‘The Juggle’ from running my own business whilst being a full time mummy to my beautiful daughter Grace – its hard work and there are never enough hours in the day! Getting the right life/work balance is getting harder and harder to achieve and this is where Dream Nannies can help!
I have travelled and worked in Australia when I was younger and have first hand experience of how life changing this experience can be and I really enjoy helping young people realise their dreams
I have been working with families with young children now for many years, teaching lifesaving skills to babies and young children and I am passionate about getting families the best quality childcare.
