I’m passionate about family life, children and health and in particular womens’ health, so many mums are running ourselves into the ground whilst trying to juggle family commitments and work!
With a background in professional recruitment and coming from a corporate background I understand the pressures of trying to run a household and manage a career. I had also travelled and worked as a Live-in Au Pair so I had first hand knowledge of how this fabulous arrangement between Au Pairs/Nannies and families can work.
Our Nannies and Au Pairs help restore balance, give us back some time and maintain our sanity!

I am a busy working mum with a young family trying to get the work/life balance right – aren’t we all?
I have a husband and a gorgeous young daughter who is my world, my strength and inspiration behind what I do here with Dream Nannies.
My background is in Customer Services and I’ve also worked and lived in the UK as a Nanny.
I love what I do and I am very passionate about matching families with the right person for their needs and know firsthand what an amazing experience it can be for all involved. There is such a great fulfilment I get from hearing some of the amazing feedback we get from happy families and nannies/au pairs. I personally know how hard it is for families these days, especially for those with no family support directly around you, the raising costs of childcare and wanting the best care for your children is like.
I too feel these and that is why I truly believe in the service we offer as such a personal experience for all involved.
About Satia
Like many professional and working parents these days I balance the commitment of two young and very active children with my own working life. More and more I realise the importance of striking a good work/life balance and I fully understand the challenge of juggling competing priorities that many modern parents must deal with.
My partner works interstate frequently and I had a stressful job in Recruitment where I worked long hours. Childcare centres and before/after school care never worked for us as opening hours put restrictions on time of drop off and pick up. In addition to this, the children often were un-stimulated and tired come the end of the week being in childcare. Given our lifestyle, we decided to ask an Aupair to be part of the family several years ago. Since then the children and we have enjoyed having Au Pairs as part of the family for three years.
Having Nannies and Au Pairs is an amazing help for busy parents with childcare, meal preparation and house cleaning. Through my own personal experiences of having four Au Pairs and two Nannies in the past, I have a deep understanding of what families look for in Aupairs/Nannies and the importance of matchmaking family and Au Pairs/Nannies based on the family’s lifestyle, work commitments and personality.
